
One of the top 20 healthcare consulting firms in the country, PYA has been a Bluegill client for more than six years. Over the course of the firm’s 25-year history, marketing had become inconsistent or non-existent as company divisions were each responsible for marketing their own services. The comprehensive approach touches every aspect of the firm’s communications, including visual identity, proposals, business letters, e-mail communications, displays, signage, exhibits, and presentations. Key to this effort is a significant investment in the firm’s online presence including a completely redesigned website, SEO program, social media program, intranet, and creation of a web application Bluegill conceived and built called “ReformLoupe.” Designed to help PYA clients make sense of the shifting sands of healthcare reform, ReformLoupe has gained national attention and has resulted in new business for the firm including a partnership with the American Health Lawyers Association.
Today PYA enjoys greater brand cohesion and recognition. Gross revenues have broken records each of the last 3 years. Recently, the firm moved to larger facilities, and in 2012, moved up in national industry rankings.
